Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will manage relationships with large Enterprise size clients in the U.S. to grow and maintain their IT business with Zones. You will partner with field sellers and technical specialists to sell solutions to meet revenue and margin targets while coordinating resources to ensure your clients receive high quality fulfillment of their products and services needs.

The Account Manager primarily responsible for:
- Proactively developing clients by applying Zones’ sales methodology, strategically planning and executing development strategies
- Developing a book of business by establishing, expanding, and nurturing relationships with key Client stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers
- Collaborating with key Zones technical and support resources to sell:
- Core IT products - Workplace
- Advanced Technology (AT) products – Data Center
- IT Solutions – Products and Services
- Life Cycle and Managed Services
- Professional Services
- Software/ Cloud - Products and Solutions
- Software and Hardware Renewals
- Maintaining Zones visions and values in all external and internal interactions
- Consistently providing exemplary service to all assigned Clients
We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:
Education:
- BA Required
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, goal orientated, and a strong ability to learn
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively on the phone
- Embrace using a CRM System for strategic pipeline management
- Prior inside sales/account management experience in a business development and/or direct quote driven sales role
- Sales acumen; account and relationship development, prospecting, finding need, lead generation, problem solving, presenting solutions, handling objections, confident closing skills
- Preferred Requirements:
- 8-10 years’ experience in solution sales position managing large Enterprise accounts
- IT Industry experience
