Account Coordinator – NetSuite

Position Summary:

The Account Coordinator role concentrates on proactive and reactive client coordination relative to license renewals, users adds, etc. They are responsible for a high volume of client accounts/contacts and multiple touch points with various clients each day, and the Account Coordinator is responsible for notifying account relationship leaders and/or business developers of any perceived client expansion opportunities that may become evident through ongoing contact with clients.

The Account Coordinator must have a good understanding of the various NetSuite services being performed at assigned client accounts in order to effectively engage the client related to requests and/or questions the client may have. As such, the Account Coordinator should have a working knowledge of broader RSM services for referral purposes.

The Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining client information and touch points within the firm’s CRM system.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve stated renewal goals through proactive client service on renewal of firm services/products such as license renewals, user adds, etc. for assigned client accounts base.

o Follow established processes to ensure touchpoints are occurring at appropriate intervals with the client in order to be proactive meeting their needs

o Achieve stated growth goals relative to expansion of client services through proactive client service and referrals to appropriate RSM clients servers and/or business developers

  • Support and participate in marketing campaign execution for portfolios including but not limited to:

o Event coordination including invitations, attendance tracking

o Marketing follow ups as required

  • Stay abreast of changing service offerings, bundle services across RSM and responsible for thought leadership distribution relevant to portfolio.
  • Maintain client contact and data points within RSM CRM system in order to maintain appropriate view into all activity occurring with client base.
  • Provide required and necessary ongoing administrative reporting within the firm CRM, essential administrative requirements of the role such as timely and accurate data entry of accounts, contacts, activities and related opportunities and active participation in team and/or firm meetings/calls/events.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional services sales and/or account coordination, preferably in a consulting firm/accounting firm environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CRM experience for sales and/or account management application

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience with NetSuite
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management process
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of assigned clients and/or renewal schedules
