CloudFactory is a global leader in combining people and technology to provide workforce solutions for AI fields like computer vision. As an Account Executive in our new Strategic Industries group focused on Autonomous Vehicles and Drones, you’ll play a critical role in enabling us to land, expand, and deliver work with the highest value accounts in CloudFactory. Along the way, you’ll partner with a dedicated cross-functional team that also pioneers new approaches for a broader scale across the organization.

Your clients will include venture-backed, high-growth startups as well as established enterprise players who operate on the cutting edge of technology.

The right person for this role is entrepreneurial at heart with the desire to be coached while also working independently. You’ll be rewarded with uncapped sales compensation plans, recognition, personal development opportunities, and excellent culture and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
  • Win through specialization and focus, holding industry expertise to serve as a trusted adviser and partner for accounts.
  • Build and execute on account-based marketing and sales strategies that drive long-term relationships and business.
  • Map client organizations and develop relationships with key decision-makers, including VP levels and above.
  • Understand client business goals, anticipate future needs, and work collaboratively within the team to develop solutions.
  • Use CRM and scalable systems to work efficiently and provide organizational visibility.
  • Achieve & exceed quarterly and annual sales quota.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years experience in sales/business development role
  • Demonstrated success identifying, qualifying, and closing new business with consistency
  • Strong expertise in technology-related solution selling in competitive environments
  • Experience positioning and pitching data-centric products and services (e.g., AI/ML, cloud computing, content/data management, data analytics, business process outsourcing, internet of things)
  • Skilled in navigating formal procurement cycles when required (RFI/RFPs, pilots, etc.).
  • High EQ (emotional intelligence) and CQ (cultural intelligence)

The Fit:

  • You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, thinking big, starting small, and scaling fast
  • You have a passion and curiosity for disruptive technology
  • You value being part of something bigger than yourself
  • You build trusted relationships with team members and clients
  • You practice humble courage

Benefits

  • Work from home in a distributed-first, relationship-first model
  • A culture rooted in a strong social impact mission
  • Weekly relationship-building meetups, including community service projects
  • International travel opportunities
