Job Description
What you'll do:
Source contacts and develop relationships with top mobile app developers
Identify strategic opportunities and effectively communicate CrossInstall’s full suite of products to drive performance, including our DSP and ad creative solutions
Consult premier app developers on their advertising strategies in areas where the CrossInstall DSP is a strong fit
Lead all aspects of advertiser engagements through a consultative sales process and long-term business relationship
Negotiate commercial agreements with senior-level executives at key accounts
Help launch new advertiser campaigns in collaboration with the ad operations, analyst and account management teams
Identify and tackle opportunities to improve our processes, collaboration with customer services and regional strategy
Synthesize customer feedback to help inform our product roadmap and support the development of CrossInstall value proposition
Work cross-functionally and leverage our entire organization to develop new partnerships
Represent CrossInstall at industry conferences and networking events including participation in industry panels
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. MS/MBA or other advanced degree a plus
At least 5 years of business development or partner management experience in a mobile or internet company
Strong knowledge & familiarity with mobile advertising business models, RTB, programmatic bidding and ad exchanges
Experience in value-selling advertising technology to publishers
Unrelenting drive to find, engage, and establish partnerships with premier mobile application developers
Proven communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong networking skills with the ability to open doors and build close relationships with customers
Great collaborator and team player, able to create internal buy-in and enthusiasm in order to drive projects without any formal authority
Strong work ethic and the desire to go the extra mile in order to achieve the best in your work
