Job Responsibilities
Grow and maintain strong Sales Pipeline using CRM as a tool to manage sales pipeline and track, monitor, and close opportunities
Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote BluEdge and our products and services
Participate in networking events
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to cold-call, handle objections and close sales
Knowledge of strategic and consultative selling
Ability to close business by overcoming objections
Ability to meet sales goals and report on progress
Understand the BluEdge Value Proposition and competitive advantages and deliver it to clients & prospects
Interact with sales leadership and operational leaders to develop sales strategies that win new business

Account Management
Guide our clients through planned upgrades and migrations
Offer new products / solutions to existing clients
Maintain a positive demeanor and a professional level of customer service with the client
Sales Opportunities
Prepare quotes and proposals
Present our service and product offerings
Maintain a high level of sales calls & strong pipeline

Marketing Efforts
Direct selling, canvassing, telemarketing, networking
Research and understand client's business drivers, build relationships; qualify potential opportunities; present solution and close business in timely manner
Join applicable associations and be a BluEdge presence at in their events

Experience
Successful office equipment sales from an OEM or other qualified equipment dealer: 3 years (Required)

Special Skills and Requirements needed
Major CRM experience is a must
Microsoft Excel and Word
Adobe Creative Suite experience is helpful
