The Account Executive will have the opportunity to help develop and implement programs in highly-impactful and important area of healthcare.

• Day-to-day project support for the following opportunities:
  • Exciting biotechnology client with a focus on the human microbiome supporting communications efforts on a corporate level in addition to pipeline assets and medical device client
• Work with energized team and engaged clients who appreciate attention to detail, creative and quick thinking and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Project management and execution to support team on regulatory and data milestones, corporate thought leadership, media outreach and social and digital surround sound
• Facilitating client's formal medical/legal/regulatory review process, including scientific referencing of documents
• Conducting research and distilling key findings for team presentation
• Media list development and maintenance
• Media monitoring and results reporting
• Weekly / monthly budget tracking and billing, as well as monthly activity report development
• Organizing regular internal and client touch bases, including agenda / activities tracker maintenance, as well as recap development

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience preferably in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry, and a bachelor's degree
• An interest in the healthcare communications industry to facilitate the ability to serve as an integrated member of team supporting multi-faceted campaigns
• Ability to support team members and facilitate positive working relationships with colleagues within the agency and across the network
• Ability to multi-task and proven success maintaining high quality work in quick-paced environment with multiple client demands

I understand that if I am made an offer of employment, it will be conditioned on my demonstration I am fully vaccinated OR I plan to initiate vaccination by my start date AND be fully vaccinated within 4 weeks of start date against the COVID-19 virus.

However, in the event that I successfully obtain an exemption, I understand that it is highly unlikely that I will be able to adequately perform the essential functions of this position without imposing an undue hardship on Syneos Health due to the clients' demands.
