Job Description

If you are looking for an outside sales career in the Charleston, West Virginia area we've got a great opportunity for you!

  • By using Hibu's proprietary tools to help you prove why a prospective client needs digital marketing, you will partner with small to medium sized business clients to create effective programs that bring increased revenue to their business.
  • By utilizing Hibu's proven and successful prospecting approach, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, prospect for new business, and follow up on potential leads.
  • You will be accountable for achieving and exceeding sales objectives through selling our diversified digital solutions which include websites, SEO, SEM, display, and social media marketing.
  • The outside sales representative will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.

Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive, you will collaborate with business owners to create online marketing solutions. You will be accountable for achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business
  • Build and maintain client base
  • Explain complex technical concepts such as SEM, SEO, Online Display, etc.
  • Use tablet or similar device to present solutions

Requirements:

Account Representative requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales, marketing, or advertising experience
  • Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, Online Display, and Social marketing
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
  • Technically savvy and proficient user of the iPad
  • Strong work ethic and highly motivated
  • Self-disciplined to work independently
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day, carry 25 pounds, sit or drive 2-4 hours, and stand 1-2 hours per day
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
  • Reliable, insured transportation in most markets
  • Valid state driver’s license

Compensation and Benefits:

Up to $78,000 per year
