We advise public and private companies on strategic and capital markets communications to position them within the financial community during normal-course business and transformative events (M&A, IPOs & spin-offs, C-suite transitions, bankruptcy, shareholder activism, etc.). - Contribute to a wide range of investor relations and communication programs for a diverse set of clients across multiple industries and those affiliated with the capital markets.
- Develop messaging for special situations such as mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, IPOs, as well as traditional investor materials.
- Partner with C-suite executives at leading firms.
- Deliver fresh ideas, produce high-quality work and drive results.
- Quickly grasp business objectives and recommend thoughtful strategies and tactics to achieve those objectives.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Anticipate opportunities and challenges.
- Participate in relationship building and new business efforts.
- Conduct competitive research and prospecting and provide ideas for proposal design and new pitches.

- Knowledge and interest in financial services, capital markets, media and investor relations, crisis, and special situations work.
- Demonstrated background as a strong communicator in both the B2B and B2C spaces.
- Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of digital communications strategies and platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Ability to develop communications plans, implement PR and marketing tactics and impart knowledge to all team members.
- Strong knowledge of the stock market and general business trends.
- Possess research, writing, editing, and client interaction skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and be an optimistic and committed team player.
