Esko Brand Solutions is a mature, fast growing software business unit within Esko. Our North America Brands Headquarters is in Chicago, IL. Our software solutions portfolio supports and manages the labeling/artwork/packaging and print processes for Brands in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, life science, and retail customers.
Our Software Solutions include workflow/approval management, enterprise digital asset management, artwork creation, 3D visualization, store visualization, structural design, prepress, workflow automation, quality assurance, and palletization software.

The Account Executive opportunity

As an Account Executive in the Brand Solutions team at ESKO, you will partner with customers to provide them the best software solutions in the packaging and marketing space.

You will be part of a highly skilled and ambitious global team and will help and guide your customers
through a digital transformation. This is an opportunity for you to lead and increase sales in your region and to develop relationships with
Brand Customers.
In this role, the Account Executive will maintain and develop existing business, manage and consult established customers, and seek new business opportunities within your region. When onsite with customers, you will share product knowledge and be a best-in-class partner to delivering solutions.
Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:
Planning - Prepare comprehensive territory plans to develop key account strategies for both new and existing customers.
Evaluating – Listen and understand to our customer’s needs and requirements while pairing them with the best solutions. Experience with Salesforce in order to update and maintain all opportunities.
Delivering - Skillfully execute each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal, through value selling, design customer-centric solutions and build commercial proposals. Deliver sales activity to meet or exceed sales & margin targets.
Customer Relationship Management - Strong account management organization to facilitate customer growth in addition to new business.
Internal Relationship Building - Partner with ESKO’s internal marketing team to capitalize on business opportunities. Collaborate across all internal teams to ensure we provide the best solution to our customers.
Travel – Ability to travel up to 50%, and able to work from home (remote) office when not traveling

Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
Diploma or degree level or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Design/Packaging or relevant experience
Experience and exposure in understanding packaging digitalization processes at Brand Owners
Strong planning and organizational skills
Minimum of 5 years of high-level solution selling experience and shown success in selling complex enterprise solution software and services preferably SaaS solutions with effective presentation and interpersonal skills
