Job Description:

The Account Director of Cadillac Live is the business and account lead for this revolutionary consumer platform. They are the senior team member responsible for client management, operations, program success, optimization and expansion.

As the Account Director, you will:

  • Partner with the Cadillac Marketing clients and AOR’s (Carat, Leo Burnett, Jack Morton, Czarnowski) to build strong relationships and meet consumers’ evolving expectations. Lead the Cadillac Live teams to ensure success platform success.
  • Work with a lead strategist to craft a long-term vision and identify short-term opportunities to expand the platform Partner with the Toronto tech team to meet the client needs and deadlines.
  • Craft presentations outlining the platform, benefits and customizations. Attend necessary client product and planning meetings with client counterpart – Consult as agency subject-matter expert on Cadillac Live Ideate with AOR’s to develop large-scale big event experiences.
  • Craft strategic POV’s when needed Become an expert on Cadillac Live technology.
  • Lead weekly client/inter-agency status meetings to ensure cohesion across offices/team members.
  • Lead all areas of scope deliverables including; performance, optimizations maintenance and technology.
  • Identify areas of escalation across the business and service offerings and communicate priority to channel leads Coordinate and monitor monthly hours/project reporting.
  • Assist with last-minute special assignments from client
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage strong teams of diverse abilities strong leadership, collaboration and decision-making skills
  • Desire to learn and iterate in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated background in Account Management in a creative agency environment
  • Strong understanding of all marketing channels and solid understanding of agency operations/services
  • Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with peers across disciplines/offices
  • Ability to communicate a clear point of view, distill complex details into digestible summaries and strong story-telling skills
  • Ability to define tactics/channels and organize them against higher level brand strategy
