Job Description

The Position

For this position, we are looking for an account coordinator to assist with project management and administrative tasks. The focus of the role will be to assist the project managers with their day-to-day tasks, keep internal teams organized, assist across multiple projects, and work with the management team to assist with their needs. The ideal candidate is someone who is hyper-organized, works well with a team and a collaborative setting, and communication comes naturally.

Our number one focus is to drive growth and ROI for our clients. You will be expected to manage and plan internally while providing constant communication to project managers and the management team. You will be in charge of driving constant team communication to make sure that there is a sense of urgency around your tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who is hyper-organized, works well with a team and a collaborative setting, and communication comes naturally.
Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the project manager on all projects to ensure all client deadlines and project timelines are hit
  • Review deliverables from the internal team before delivering to the project manager
  • Create Asana tasks for the internal team based on client ad hoc needs and monthly retainer deliverables
  • Build out internal SOPs for internal processes that will be organized in Notion
  • Work to assist the management team with any administrative, operational, and personal tasks
  • Help with the onboarding process and set up Google Drive, Asana, and Slack channels for new clients
  • Prepare proofs, prototypes, and work products to present to clients

Required Skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and Facebook Ads
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently, and as a part of a team
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Google Drive is a must
  • Experience with Asana, Slack, and Notion is a plus
  • Assistant and or agency experience is also a plus
