Highwire is seeking an Account Associate with a flair for social media and copywriting to join our growing digital team. Highwire is the voice behind-the-scenes to some of the most impactful technology brands on social media. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about social media with a deep understanding of channel best practices and capabilities - particularly LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. You are someone well-versed in writing social media copy, distilling complex messaging into engaging social content for multiple brands, with a keen eye for tailoring copy for multiple voice, tone and style guides.

Key Responsibilities
- Social media copywriting for multiple brands, channels and voices, specifically across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube
- Management of social media calendars, from formatting templates and drafting, to navigating approval processes and scheduling
- Social listening in the form of brand monitoring and community management across channels
- Proactively flag opportunities for client engagement with social media trends and influencers
- Development of weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and metrics reportsInfluencer research, campaign development and concepting support
- Team operational support, like call agendas, note taking, deliverable tracking and scheduling
- Support marketing and new business efforts for the Agency, including supporting the Highwire PR social media channels
- At least one year of client-facing digital experience (social media specialty preferred) in an Agency setting, including internships
- Baseline understanding of social platforms - primarily LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube
- Strong writing, attention to detail and time management skills
- Interest in B2B technology, security and digital health brands is a plus
- Experience with social media management tools, like Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite
- A finger on the pulse of latest social and digital trendsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
