Job Description
This position is part of the Audit & Assurance Risk & Regulatory group, specifically working in the area of Regulatory, within the Audit & Assurance Professional Practice Network. Among other things, the Regulatory group monitors audit regulatory developments and assists in complying with U.S. and non-U.S. regulatory reporting requirements for Audit & Assurance, primarily reporting to the PCAOB, and foreign jurisdictions in which we are registered.

The Audit & Assurance Risk & Regulatory group has an immediate opening for a manager with experience in audit or a related area, to join our team to assist with the review of regulatory reporting filings, such as PCAOB Form AP, conducting research, analyzing data supporting the responses to regulatory reporting matters, and other audit regulatory related matters. This position will provide the manager with insight into decision-making, regulatory matters, and communication processes.

Responsibilities would include the following:
  • Assisting the Audit & Assurance Risk & Regulatory group with registration reporting requirements, including the review of PCAOB Forms AP, and interaction and coordination with audit engagement teams
  • Supporting leadership within the Audit & Assurance Risk & Regulatory group on individual projects and initiatives
  • Assisting with the development and review of communications and presentations on specific regulatory reporting topics
  • Researching regulatory reporting matters / hot topics and synthesizing information for broader consumption
  • Assisting with maintenance of the Regulatory webpages

Requirements for the position include:
  • 5+ years of overall experience; experience working in client service in audit preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand issues and requirements
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with managing and completing multiple concurrent tasks in a high-paced environment
  • Sound judgment and relationship management skills
  • Ability to communicate with confidence and poise
  • Ability to work effectively with teams, including virtually
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
