Job Description
The Team Leader typically works in a 4 bed HCS residential setting, under the direction of the Area Supervisor. The Team Leader will share responsibility of residential services with other staff to provide daily supervision, care and training of individuals in their care. Provides Residential and Respite services in compliance with DADS, HCS and Texas Department of Health Standards. Will be required to participate in on-call rotation. May work rotating schedules with flexible hours.
