We are currently hiring for multiple shifts for our Bloomsburg Distribution Center, which is a temperature-controlled distribution facility.

876 - Bloomsburg, PA

Basic Overview:

Replenishment Specialist is responsible for restocking primary bins with overflow stock using a handheld scanner, turret truck, or stand-up reach truck. They are to point out and communicate issues found/seen on floor to respective inventory team members. While working we expect team member to be accurate and detailed oriented as possible. Will help out with inventory projects related to replenishment task. Replenishment Specialist will report directly to the Bin Maintenance and Expeditor Team Lead, Assistant Inventory Manager, and Inventory Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete a minimum of 5 replenishments per hour
• Have a clean as you go mentality, removing trash and empty skids from bins
• Communicate inventory discrepancies with respective inventory team members
• Maintain performance, safety, and cultural expectations
• Report any damages to product seen in bins
• Report any forklift incidents
• Be respective to lift traffic in warehouse and communicate direction
• Be certified on the turret and reach truck and required to operate both

• Is willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Has excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Is computer literate
• Can function as part of a team
• Is very detail oriented when it comes to completing their work

Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs
• Must be able to constantly bend, reach, squat, and stand throughout shift
• Will be required to be trained on equipment to complete task
• Demonstrate and communicate great listening/verbal skills
• Use and understand handheld scanners

Shift Schedule:

• Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
