Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible. Nokia Digital Automation Cloud (DAC) is a carrier-grade global digital automation service platform providing local private LTE/5G connectivity solution and a suite of applications for enterprises and verticals. It provides a reliable, secure, and high-performance private wireless network that is scalable according to needs. Nokia DAC offers an easy to use self-service interface for network management tasks, such as adding new networks or managing SIM cards, adding and removing devices and features, viewing real-time information on Nokia DAC Manager with the status and utilization of network and devices as well as radio network and edge cloud health. In a commercial deployment, the web-based self-service interface can be used by the customer personnel directly. Nokia DAC also enables access to other network management and operations solutions and integration with 3rd party applications via well-defined application program interfaces (APIs). We are looking for an Operations Engineer to join our team.

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to join our team.
What you will learn and contribute toAs part of our team, you will:
- Responsibility to monitor US Customer pLTE networks and target is to react and fix instantly in case any Customer pLTE is having any issues.
- Understanding Customer use cases and implement/tailor Nokia pLTE solution accordingly and in time –
- Operate and maintain Nokia NDAC US DCs and US Customer networks
- Inspect and fixing of development related issues found during Customer operations
- Enable solutions for Customers based on their requests for dashboards, KPI reports, integrate their service desk with Nokia, integrate their automation solution with Nokia Private LTE solution etc.
- Implement and test the functionality of API calls to the applications used by Customer
- Preventive maintenance for US Customers pLTE networks
- Previous internship experience in cellular network design and operation, IP networking and routing, and/or system setup and configuration with the telecom industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology related field
- Prevous intership hands on experience with live customer problem resolution
- Proven experience working on applications/software in the Telecom domain which are currently used by Telecom providers.
- Pervious Nokia internship experience preferred
- Comply/adhere to the Nokia Information Security Policy and end-user policy and procedures such as Information Classification and Handling Guide, Clear Desk polices, net etiquette, Password, Incident reporting (list not exhaustive).
- Knowledge about Kubernetes, Isitio, Prometheus, Grafana etc through online courses helps in implementation Customer requirements.
- Knowledge of Cellular device configuration and associated networking
- Knowledge of applicable ISO 27001 controls
