Job Description
$18.00 starting - $19 at 90 days - $20.50 at 180 days **Additionally, 3 rd shift get 1.50 per hour shift differential Start today at 19.50 including shift differential $1500 sign on bonus at 6 months, $1000 referral bonuses, $100 monthly attendance bonus, competitive benefits starting 1 st of the month after 30 days and Earn as you go vacation.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is a material handling position that removes product from Multiple pac out lines to place into Finished Goods Warehouse for shipment, various other task that may be assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate Lift Trucks, drive yard truck to spot trailers in and out of docks for loading. Operate other material handling equipment essential to the job such as stretch-wrap and banders
- Be able to work in a fast-passed environment and maintain good communication skills (both internal and external customers)
- Prepare product for shipment by scanning and placing on appropriate skids for loading on trailers for shipping to customers. Prepare shipments and process small package orders for FedEX and UPS
- Generate pick tickets for shipments. Process shipping documents for shipments, packing slips, Bill of ladings, International documents
- Conduct Inventory Audits and cycle counts
- Communicate with carriers and schedule outgoing shipments for pick-up.
- Load and unload trailers for OEM customers and LTL shipments and unload inbound shipments when required
- Schedule shipments on internet and compose emails to schedule Third Party Logistics Companies routing requirements
- Understand and execute load sequencing requirements and load secure requirements for Truck and LTL loads
- Cross train on all responsibilities
- Performs other relevant duties as assigned; i.e. special projects

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various personnel i.e. material handlers, planners, and carriers, inside sales, production supervisors.
- Ability to self- direct and work independently
- Ability to operate mobile equipment
