Apogee is seeking a Training Course Instructor/Developer (Analysis 200) in support of work at the 313th Training Squadron at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX.

What you will be doing:
- Develop subject matter content in their assigned course(s). Subject matter content will be determined at annual Training Planning Team (TPT) or equivalent meetings, and documented using course control documents provided by the course training manager.
- Earn appropriate intelligence community adjunct instructor certifications for their assigned courses if applicable.
- Earn and maintain appropriate instructor credentials in accordance with applicable Air Force Instructions (AFIs) and Air Education & Training Command Instructions (AETCIs).
- Instruct assigned analysis courses as agreed upon by the 313 TRS and the contract PM.
- Develop new (and maintain existing) course curriculum and materials in order to meet the intent of the course control documents. The final approval authority for developed or modified instructional materials is the Training Development Element Chief (TDEC).
- Continuously assess the relevancy of assigned courseware to the Air Force intelligence enterprise and work with their PM and relevant members of the 313 TRS to remedy discrepancies between courseware and practical Air Force intelligence application.
- Work with the 313 TRS TDEC through the contract PM to ensure course delivery mechanisms and instruction techniques are up-to-date and are the best fit to train each individual subject in the course.
What you will need to have:
- Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years (6+ years preferred) of experience in an Intelligence Community analytical environment such as the following:
- All-source experience and/or experience in an analytical training environment; Intelligence Community Standards (specifically ICD 203); problem-centric-Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and/or Analysis and Exploitation Teams
- Experience using and/or teaching critical thinking and analytical processes; application of structured analytic techniques (SATs)
- Superb Experience in analytical writing/briefing and analytical product creation
- Experience in joint military exercises; experience working in an AOR, IC agency, or other intelligence operations center
