Job Description

Spring Valley in Jackson WI is urgently seeking Production Associates to join our team!

We are looking for candidates who are excited to learn and grow in their abilities. Cross training in one of our four production positions is essential to our team atmosphere. Positions include production line, forklift, mixing, and wheel loader operator. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.

Shifts available

  • Full Time 2nd shift: 2:15pm-12:45am Monday through Thursday (four 10 hour days) or part time within those hours

Qualification Requirements:

  • Outstanding attendance
  • Ability to follow written & verbal instructions
  • Ability to work 2nd shift
  • Follow established safety programs
  • Willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • The ability to keep accurate records and follow procedures
  • Pass a post-offer drug screen
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work
  • Ability to comfortably lift 50lbs repetitively.

Pay

  • $17-$20 base pay depending on experience
  • $1 shift premium for 2nd shift
  • Daily Profit Sharing Bonus (paid bi-weekly, and averages $2-$3 per hour!)
