2nd Shift Maintenance Technician (15% Shift Differential)

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Frazeysburg, OH

Schedule: Monday-Friday work week 2pm-10:30pm

Pay Rate: Starting up to $35/hr (15% Shift Differential)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the manufacturing processes by repairing industrial equipment including electrical components, motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, compressors, chillers and boilers
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Install industrial equipment in support of the Process Engineering team.
• Clearly communicate all relevant information to the appropriate personnel
• Observe all safety precautions and regulations.
• Displays a positive attitude, initiative, and desire to continuously improve.

Primary Requirements:

• Multicraft Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Electrical Experience
• Ability to read, interpret and analyze electrical/mechanical schematics, deep understanding of manufacturing process’, and advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to identify and diagnose problems and implement corrective action
• Working knowledge and understanding of HAZMAT, MSDS, EPA, and OSHA requirements
• Good time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with production staff
• Must have a flexible work schedule to include overtime as applicable
• Industrial welding experience a plus
• Experience in a highly automated facility a plus

Required Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing facility maintenance
