2nd Shift Front Desk

The Hilton Garden Inn Findlay is seeking a Front Desk Representative.

We are looking for someone with an out-going personality, who must also be professional, enthusiastic and energetic. As a front of the line employee, it is important that our desk associates are able to welcome our guest in a friendly and professional manner. If you have great customer service skills and enjoy working with people, we look forward to meeting you!

Shifts will be primarily 3pm-11pm.

All front desk employees are trained 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift.

Expectations:

• Flexible scheduling
• Must be able to stand for multiple hours at a time
• Must work well with others
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must hold great communication skills
• Must be available Weekends and holidays (but not all)
• Hotel experience is preferred but not required
• Customer Service experience preferred

Responsibilities Include:

• Making reservations and accommodating guests' requests prior to arrival
• Performing efficient guest check-ins and check-outs
• Handling guests' issues on property and on the phone
• Monitoring upcoming arrivals for leisure and group reservations
• Welcoming guests to our property based on our brand standards
• Properly communicating with other shifts & departments to provide exceptional customer service
• Maintaining a professional and positive attitude to better serve our guests
• Handling on property requests in a timely manner'

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
