1st And 3rd Shift - Production Team Member - $20.50/Hr - Sioux Center, IA

The Production Team Member works as a part of a team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The operator's assigned team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.

We are located in Sioux Center,IA.

What is the job about?

• Ability to move to different lines and responsibilities.
• Ability to learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions.
• Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements and procedures.

$20.50/hour with $1000 sign on bonus

1st shift Days/Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am to 3:10pm
• Overtime: up to 10 hr shift (7 a.m. - 5:10 p.m.)
• Saturdays as needed

3rd shift Days/Hours

• $1/hour for 3rd shift differencial
• Monday to Thursday
• 9:00pm to 7:10am
• Saturdays as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 of age or older.
• Pass pre-employment tests, as required.
• Pass pre-work ability screen, as required.
• Must be able to lift 40-80 lbs
