Pay Rate: $16.00/hr Position Status: Year-Round Position Type: Full-Time (Average more than 30 hours weekly) What Will I Be Doing?:
As Night Audit/Front Desk Agent, you will work a traditional shift of 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. (or similar). During your shift, you will answer questions of guests during the evening, report any issues, process checkouts, reconcile reporting for hotel team, periodically walk the hotel areas to ensure security of doors and areas. Some of the duties in this job are also closely related to accounting in the reconciliation.
What Experience is Needed to Be Successful? : To be successful in the position the Night Audit must be comfortable and familiar with working an overnight shift. Experience in a direct customer service field is necessary. Due to the reconciliations and reporting, it is important that you enjoy working with numbers and balancing the reports and having it ready for accounting. What are the Physical Requirements of the Job? : The physical requirements of the job include walking, standing, bending, crouching, keyboarding on a regular basis during shift. On occasion, you may be required to lift/carry items up to 50 lbs.
